You will translate resilience requirements into actionable steps, drive governance-ready remediation, and mature our resilience program with automated reporting and scalable templates.

Qualifications

• Experience in resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, or related risk programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations (ISO22301, FFIEC, EBA, etc.).
• Ability to translate risks into practical actions for technical and business audiences.

Responsabilités

• Identify resilience risks across services, functions, tech, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain resilience plans aligned with recovery objectives.
• Coordinate resilience exercises and track remediation.
• Assess third-party continuity and recovery capabilities.
• Communicate resilience posture to governance forums and Boards.
• Collaborate with regional entities to align global practices.
• Improve workflows using AI, automation, dashboards, and self-service tools.
