• 10+ years of leadership in business resiliency or related functions in regulated industries.
• 5+ years building resiliency programs in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of global standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Apotex Business Resiliency program, including vision and planning.
• Mature and implement program components with cross-functional partners.
• Draft and maintain resiliency policies and SOPs.
• Lead training, exercises and awareness activities.
• Partner with IT for disaster recovery alignment.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage external partners.
