Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Lead Project/Program Manager to drive the Business Continuity & Resiliency program within the HRO organization.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop strategies, and ensure governance and executive reporting across Service Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams. The role requires strategic thinking, trusted advising, and strong communication to translate risks into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex programs and projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, manage, and deliver strategic initiatives that support business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong program and project management skills, including risk management, governance, and executive reporting.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and communications materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BC&R program for ADP's HRO business, driving strategy, governance, execution and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute program roadmaps, initiatives, and resilience strengthening activities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning resilience, risk management, and regulatory readiness.
• Establish governance, metrics, reporting, and executive communications for the program.
• Coordinate crisis preparedness, incident response, and readiness exercises.
• Partner with leaders across functions to identify priorities and ensure program adoption.
