Job summary

Mark-Vii-Equipment is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead global sourcing and manage the purchasing lifecycle end to end. You will direct supplier negotiations, oversee import logistics, and ensure material availability for uninterrupted production.

Collaborating with Engineering, Finance, and Operations, you will optimize total cost of ownership, perform make-vs-buy analyses, and drive continuous improvement in costs and processes across all direct materials and services.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years procurement experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience leading a procurement team and complex negotiations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Finance, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a team of Buyers.
• Lead international supplier negotiations and end-to-end procurement.
• Oversee import logistics, incoterms, and compliance.
• Drive cost reduction via TCO, make-vs-buy analyses, and value engineering.
• Align purchasing with ERP/MRP, production schedules, and NPI projects.
