Job summary

Under Armour in Baltimore is seeking a Sr. Professional, Global Material Planning to translate demand, supply, and BOM signals into actionable material plans.

You will identify risks, manage readiness, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure materials meet production and service goals. You will partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sourcing, and Product Development, using data and planning tools to improve decision quality and supplier alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and handling large datasets.
• Experience with ERP/analytics systems and clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand forecasts, production plans, and BOM requirements into time-phased material needs.
• Monitor availability and inventory to identify shortages and risks.
• Collaborate with Tier 2 suppliers to understand supply status and risks.
• Analyze supplier forecasts and capacity information for readiness.
• Execute material forecast processes for fabrics, trims, and packaging.
• Identify material constraints and support mitigation with planning teams.
• Improve data quality and reporting, leveraging planning technologies.
• Partner across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sourcing, and Product Development.
