Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in technical textile development and material engineering.
• Familiarity with apparel material construction, dyeing and finishing processes.
• Understanding standards: ASTM, AATCC, ISO, JIS.
• Experience with fibers, yarns, knitting, weaving, and non-woven constructions.
• Ability to translate insights into commercially viable material solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead material innovation, evolving processes and end-use applications.
• Lead in-season material development and long-lead innovations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver material solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with global mills and suppliers to develop next-generation concepts.
• Support technical development across international Materials teams.
