Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in logistics, supply chain, trade compliance, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs.
• Strong knowledge of global transportation, customs operations, and trade compliance.
• Experience with U.S. import/export regulations (EAR, HTSUS, ECCN, AES, sanctions).
• Experience managing freight providers and trade partners.
• History of complex business transformations or systems implementations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced global manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global logistics strategy and service delivery across regions.
• Develop cost, service, visibility, and responsiveness improvements.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers.
• Drive tariff mitigation and duty recovery strategies.
• Oversee FTZ activation, governance, and sustainable operation.
• Lead supplier compliance and risk management programs globally.
• Develop technology roadmaps and analytics for visibility and decision support.
• Provide matrix leadership across functions and regions.
