SGS is seeking a Global Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth within assigned global accounts and align with SGS initiatives. The role requires managing high-level client relationships, coordinating orders and technical exchanges across affiliates, and delivering contractual outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in a multinational setting, strong English communication, and proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs while meeting timelines and financial targets.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in a multinational organization
• International business exposure in imported consumer products in sales, program management or key account management

Aufgaben

• Develop a global account strategy and translate it into pragmatic action plans and coordinate
• Provide the initial point of contact to the client and facilitate coordination between SGS affiliates, offices and personnel
• Maximize revenue potential by networking with account decision-makers
• Attend regular client meetings for marketing, business development, governance, performance reviews, and invoicing
• Monitor communications and ensure compliance with account requirements and timely reporting
• Take full responsibility for global agreements and contracts in place
