Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Director of Global Talent Management to anchor the HR ecosystem and drive strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of talent management processes. You will lead a dedicated team, collaborate with HR and analytics, and influence senior leadership to strengthen the company’s talent pipeline globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, behavioral sciences, business, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in talent management, workforce design, and learning & development.
• 3+ years direct people-leadership experience.
• Experience navigating a tier-based HR operating model.
• Proven track record building and running complex talent programs with measurable data.
• Ability to present to senior leadership, including the Chief HR Officer.
• Experience with data and technology teams for accurate HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Executive Succession & Development: design and build a comprehensive program with the Director of Learning & Leadership Development.
• Talent Pipeline & Succession: strengthen enterprise succession pipelines with measurable progress.
• Process Governance & Enablement: own global performance management, listening, assessment, and succession processes.
• Continuous Improvement: establish feedback loops to evaluate and improve annual processes.
• Executive & Board-Level Preparation: deliver talent materials and insights for BoD & EC.
• Team Leadership & Delegation: mentor a dedicated talent team with ownership mindset.
• Change Management: lead change efforts to adopt new talent initiatives globally.
• Business HR Partnership: align with Business HR to mitigate talent gaps and risks.
• COE Relationship Management: coordinate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Leadership Development, HR Operations.
• Talent Analytics & HRIS Partnership: ensure data accuracy and reporting, support decision-making.
• Strategic Oversight & Alignment: oversee psychometric assessment and talent strategies to support corporate goals.
• Fiscal & Vendor Governance: manage budget and vendor governance for ROI on partnerships.
