Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Director of Global Talent Management to anchor HR strategy and lead a high-impact team in Benton Harbor. You will partner with COE and Business HR to drive governance, data-driven decisions, and leadership development across the enterprise.

This executive role requires shaping succession, performance, and talent analytics programs, while aligning with corporate priorities and managing external partnerships for maximum ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience, 5+ years in talent management/L&D.
• Minimum 3 years direct people leadership experience.
• Experience navigating a tier-based HR operating model.
• History building and running complex talent programs with data.
• Ability to present to and influence senior leadership.
• Experience partnering with data/tech teams for HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern global talent management processes.
• Develop Executive Succession and Development programs.
• Strengthen enterprise succession pipelines with measurable progress.
• Own performance management, employee listening, talent assessment, and succession.
• Lead change management to adopt new talent initiatives globally.
• Prepare materials for Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
• Mentor and develop a high-impact talent team.
• Partner with Business HR to mitigate talent gaps and risks.
• Coordinate with Talent Analytics and HRIS for data accuracy.
• Provide strategic oversight of psychometric assessments.
• Manage budget and governance for vendor partnerships.
