Job summary

Molex's Aerospace & Defense Solutions HR team seeks an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals across a global, matrixed ADS organization. You will partner with ACBU leaders to drive talent planning, leadership development, and organizational change with PBM as a core framework.

You will coach executives, shape workforce strategies, and ensure effective onboarding, onboarding, and talent retention to support long‑term performance and growth across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressive HR experience in global or matrixed org.
• Experience shaping people strategy across leadership and functional partners.
• Strong business acumen linking talent to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ACBU leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Develop and execute talent, leadership, and workforce plans to drive performance.
• Coach leaders on PBM and organizational decisions while managing change.
• Lead organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or major org changes.
