Job summary

Stripe, LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive post-sale engagement for large enterprise customers from our Chicago area team. You will partner with Account Executives to drive retention, expansion, and measurable ROI.

This role focuses on cultivating executive relationships across business, product, engineering, finance, and IT to maximize value of Stripe's billing and payments solutions. 40 hrs/week, 50% telecommuting, ~15% travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a client-facing role with large, global organizations.
• 8 years enabling billing and payments product success.
• 8 years collaborating with internal teams to drive ROI opportunities.
• 8 years monitoring client technical and engagement experience.
• 8 years working with account teams to mitigate churn risk.
• 4 years billing technical and functional landscape; and
• 4 years advising clients on subscription and invoicing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale engagement, retention, and growth with the Account Executive.
• Identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, and expand customer use cases.
• Cultivate relationships with senior executives across departments.
• Evangelize Stripe's customer success stories and processes.
• Articulate customer value and maintain trusted advisor status.
• Educate customers on payments and commerce products.
