Soni partners with an AmLaw 100 firm to recruit a Collections Specialist for our South Jersey office. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, pursue timely payments and support global client relationships with a strong service mindset.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's in accounting/finance or business, at least three years in collections, and experience with Elite 3E or other major billing systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business (or equivalent) is preferred.
• At least three years of relevant collections or credit control experience with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
• Experience with key, global and multi-currency client accounts is preferred.
• Experience with Elite 3E is highly preferred; other billing systems are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and secure payment of outstanding balances.
• Build relationships with client contacts and Accounts Payable teams to resolve payment issues.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, billing and payment-related queries with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate collection activities including reminders and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate collection records and account notes in firm systems and trackers.
• Support global client accounts by collaborating with billing, finance and client service teams.
• Prepare collection forecasts, debtor analysis and payment schedules with regular updates.
• Escalate collection concerns and recommend payment arrangements or other actions per policy.
• Provide collection insights to Client Service Managers, Partners and Finance.
• Deliver high-standard customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
