Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• MBA desirable for advanced business development capabilities.
• Minimum 3–5+ years in business development / sales in relevant industry (Artificial Lift).

Responsibilities

• Increase value of existing customers and attract new ones.
• Create and implement strategic sales plan to grow customer base.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients and timelines.
• Develop growth goals and ensure achievement.
• Coordinate with senior management to improve sales materials and strategy.
• Travel as required to gather market intelligence and build client relationships.
• Act as brand ambassador to internal and external stakeholders.
