Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of oilfield or related industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
• Excellent negotiation skills with proven track record in sales and winning new business.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
• Knowledge of the oil industry customer base and needs.
• Self-motivated to achieve results with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate with intermediate MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead expansion in new markets geographically and within products and services.
• Create sales reports for business development including forecasts, results, and variance analysis.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new clients and opportunities.
• Maintain industry knowledge and inform Sales Manager.
• Lead presentations to potential clients at industry trade shows and conferences.
• Manage assigned key accounts and resolve service issues with clients.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing plans and initiatives.
• Follow up on post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
