Job summary

Endurance Lift Solutions in Midland, TX seeks a Business Development Manager to expand revenue by prospecting for new clients and markets for gas lift service contracts, while transitioning accounts to long-term clients.

You will collaborate with local sales staff to grow revenue, secure contracts with new customers, and manage key accounts while coordinating with marketing initiatives. A Bachelor's in Marketing or equivalent and deep oilfield experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of oil oilfield or related industry experience.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
• Excellent negotiation skills with proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
• Must understand industry challenges and show attention to detail for success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead expansion in new markets geographically and with product/service lines.
• Prepare an annual sales plan and budget; exceed sales targets and increase revenue.
• Create sales reports including forecasts, results, variance analyses and mitigation plans.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new clients and opportunities.
• Update industry knowledge and inform Director of Sales and Service.
