Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Green Bay, WI seeks a seasoned sales leader to develop multi-level relationships with customer personnel and align requirements with our product mix. You will drive growth by executing a comprehensive sales strategy that delivers volume, margin, and profit targets.

You’ll manage pricing, negotiate terms, and coordinate cross-functionally with QA, Marketing, Purchasing, R&D, Supply Chain and Culinary to meet customer needs. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 8–12 years of sales experience with a track record of growth.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to meet volume, margin and profit targets.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships; retain and cultivate accounts and acquire new customers.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Schreiber Foods products and services.
• Lead pricing programs and negotiate terms of sale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Marketing, Purchasing, R&D, Supply Chain and Culinary.
• Forecast volume and financial performance for internal Schreiber use.
