Job summary

Prosper Global seeks a consultant to analyze the German NGO landscape and GFFO partnerships, defining Prosper Global’s value proposition and engagement strategy with German institutions. You will coordinate with IDE, Technical Support, Evidence and Program Quality teams to shape a compelling partnership approach.

The role requires 5–10 years of humanitarian experience, strong knowledge of German aid, and the ability to present qualitative findings clearly.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in humanitarian aid or development cooperation.
• Strong knowledge of German humanitarian aid, including current trends and challenges.
• Demonstrated experience working with GFFO and other German institutional funders.
• Solid understanding of the German NGO landscape.
• Proven ability to drive qualitative research and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of German humanitarian partnerships (desk research).
• Engage internal and external stakeholders for input and validation.
• Present practical recommendations and contribute to partnership strategy with GFFO.
