Prosper Global, a humanitarian organization, seeks a Deputy Director to support private fundraising and corporate partnerships in the Philanthropic Growth and Engagement department. Based in the United States, you will collaborate with Directors to advance partnerships with top donors and prospects, coordinating across program teams and external stakeholders.

This remote role, with up to 10% travel, requires strong proposal writing, relationship building, and project management, plus experience

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage projects and competing priorities.
• 5 years increasing responsibility in corporate fundraising or CSR.
• Cross-cultural acumen and collaboration across teams.
• Strong oral and written communications.
• Understanding of international aid and development.
• Understanding of corporate decision-making processes.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects; develop strategies.
• Support business development, stewardship, and donor communications.
• Write/edit concepts, proposals, pitch decks, and fundraising materials.
• Develop and deliver stewardship materials and program updates.
• Coordinate initiatives in support of partnerships, events and campaigns.
