Job summary

Arlo Solutions LLC on-site in Washington, DC seeks a senior professional to lead GEOINT certification and credentialing initiatives. You will drive plan development, program budgeting, and strategic workforce planning with NGA/NSG leadership, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Minimum qualifications include 7+ years in GEOINT tradecraft and 5+ years in credentialing program management, plus an EXCELLIENCE credentialing specialist certification.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of demonstrated experience developing GEOINT tradecraft competencies and engaging with GEOINT Analysts, training bodies, and leadership.
• At least 5 years demonstrated experience leading credentialing program management office functions.
• Institute for Credentialing Excellence Certified Credentialing Specialist.
• At least 12 months of experience with applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and ADA provisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for tasks supporting development, implementation, and management of the NGA Certification Program.
• Plan and document development and budgeting requirements for GEOINT Certification Program.
• Coordinate resource requirements and education/training needs for the program.
• Design, develop, and implement a plan to evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate position reviews to classify GEOINT positions for certification.
• Engage NGA and NSG senior leadership to convey strategic workforce planning.
