Qualifications

• 5+ years developing GEOINT tradecraft; engage analysts, training bodies, and leadership.
• 2+ years building and maintaining compliance with third-party bodies.
• 2+ years designing legal test instruments: SME training, item workshops, standard-setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and sustain the NGA Certification Program per DoD references.
• Train and lead SMEs to develop test questions and assemble pilot test.
• Facilitate standard setting panels to develop provisional cut scores.
• Coordinate with psychometricians and SMEs to develop assessment tools.
