Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of GEOINT tradecraft/Training development or related work.
• At least 2 years assembling objectives, outcomes and deliverables; drafting executive summaries and conclusions.
• At least 2 years delivering decision briefs to seniors and staff.
• At least 2 years formulating, analyzing, and resolving plans, policy, and business issues.
• At least 2 years building and managing a project schedule using MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies to target partnerships with key GEOINT stakeholders.
• Develop and document initiatives supporting NSG, ASG, and CGTC strategies and standards.
• Develop and implement performance metrics to measure progress against strategic plans.
• Lead creation and maintenance of organizational planning templates and reports.
• Drive programmatic measures and support coordination for Program Management Reviews.
• Participate in internal/external meetings and events related to CGTC initiatives.
• Coordinate with NSG and ASG training organizations to exchange ideas and issues.
• Support CGTC reporting to ODNI and USD(I).
