Honda of North Hollywood is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead the sales department at the dealership, driving performance and ensuring adherence to Honda's processes. You will guide the team, implement training on product knowledge, CRM usage, follow-up, and closing techniques, and manage used-vehicle operations.

The role requires a minimum of five years in sales management, a proven track record of building teams, and strong CSI results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience.
• Proven history of building and training a team with strong CSI.
• Ability to train on product knowledge, CRM usage, follow-up, and closing techniques.
• Knowledgeable in appraising and booking vehicles.
• Strong background in leveraging technology and Honda of North Hollywood processes.
• Experience in Used Vehicle management preferred.
• Experience supervising a sales team and managing inventory.
