Concord Honda, part of Sonic Automotive, seeks a Sales Manager to lead the dealership’s sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure top-notch customer experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, set pricing strategies, and mentor consultants to excellence.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive sales with leadership experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; automotive experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in automotive sales, with 1–2 years in leadership or management.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Oversee daily dealership sales operations including inventory, pricing, and engagement.
• Monitor performance, customer satisfaction, and KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies and federal/state regulations.
