Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply seeks a General Manager to lead the new distribution center in Litchfield Park, AZ. You will drive safe, efficient operations, oversee a large workforce, and partner with senior leaders to execute a strategic playbook for stand-up and ongoing improvement across the network.

The role requires 7+ years in distribution or supply chain leadership, strong P&L understanding, and proven capability in KPI delivery, safety, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain field management
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Understanding of P&L and budgeting
• Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems
• Proven track record in process improvement and KPI delivery
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics and safety standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Lead a distribution center operation with a safety mindset
• Liaise between Operator needs and operation capabilities
• Develop and lead a high-performing workforce
• Design, implement, and improve distribution center processes
• Achieve high service levels and KPIs
• Oversee P&L of the market distribution center
• Drive innovation across operations

• Take on additional leadership tasks as directed
