Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain field management with leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for cross-functional leadership.
• Experience designing and managing distribution center operations; P&L knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a food service distribution center operation with a safety mindset.
• Liaise between Operator needs and operational capabilities.
• Develop and mentor a strong, accountable workforce within the building.
• Design, implement, and improve market DC operations.
• Deliver high service levels and achieve KPIs.
• Oversee market DC P&L and drive innovation across ops.
