The General Manager at Chick-fil-A Supply will lead the startup of a new distribution center in Litchfield Park, AZ, setting safety standards and delivering high service levels to Chick-fil-A Operators. This role partners with senior leadership to execute the vision, balance operations and workforce needs, and drive profitability.

Candidates should have 7+ years in supply chain leadership, strong P&L knowledge, and proven ability to implement process improvements in a food distribution context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain field management with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong problem solving and change-improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of inventory control theories and practices.
• Experience designing and managing DC operations.
• Understanding P&L and general accounting practices.
• Proven track record with KPIs and process improvement.
• Experience with inbound/outbound logistics and IT systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication.
• Proficient in English; reads/writes and follows verbal instructions.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Access; ERP/WMS/TMS experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead a food service distribution center operation with a safety mindset.
• Act as a liaison, balancing the needs of the Operator with operational capabilities.
• Lead and engage a workforce with ownership of various functions within the building.
• Design, implement, manage, and improve market distribution center operations.
• Deliver high service levels to Operators and achieve KPIs.
• Oversee the P&L of the market distribution center operation.
• Drive innovation across all areas of the market distribution center operations.
• Support Chick-fil-A vision and culture by embracing care, safety, and excellence.
• Complete other activities as deemed valuable by leadership.
