Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a General Manager to lead the new Distribution Center in Litchfield Park, AZ, guiding safe, efficient operations that meet the needs of Chick-fil-A Operators throughout the region. The GM will partner with senior leaders to improve performance, productivity, and profitability, stand up the new DC, and develop a playbook for future facilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain field management with leadership
• Experience building budgets and managing P&L
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead a food service distribution center operation with safety at heart.
• Liaise between Operators and operation capabilities.
• Build and empower a high-performing, ownership-driven team.
• Design and improve market distribution center processes.
• Achieve high service levels and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee P&L for the market distribution center.
• Drive innovation across DC operations.
• Foster culture aligning with Chick-fil-A Supply values.
