The Alexander, Autograph Collection in Indianapolis is seeking an inspiring General Manager to lead one of the city’s most distinctive lifestyle hotels. You will set a strategic vision, oversee Rooms, F&B, Sales, Finance, HR, and Engineering, and champion service excellence to drive guest satisfaction and financial results.

You will build and mentor a high‑performing leadership team, maintain brand standards, and strengthen community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Five+ years of General Manager experience leading a full-service or lifestyle hotel.
• Proven track record in driving financial performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all hotel operations across Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, and Engineering.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through business planning and market awareness.
• Champion an exceptional guest experience while cultivating a service-focused culture for associates.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a talented leadership team and promote accountability.
• Maintain high standards of operational excellence, quality, and brand integrity.
• Build relationships with ownership, Davidson Hospitality Group leadership, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance market position, guest satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulations.
