We seek a leader with 5+ years as GM, proven financial and operational success, and a passion for developing high-performing teams in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years as General Manager in full-service or lifestyle hotel.
• Proven track record in financial performance, revenue growth, and ops excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all hotel operations.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through planning and financial stewardship.
• Champion guest experience and cultivate a service-focused culture.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a talented leadership team.
