Ciocca Automotive Group seeks an experienced General Manager to lead Hanover Honda and drive performance across all departments. You will build strong teams, optimize profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As a hands-on leader, you will set high standards, coach managers, monitor KPIs, and execute strategies to meet monthly and annual goals while upholding Ciocca's commitment to CSI and service excellence at Hanover.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of automotive dealership management experience, preferably in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to drive sales, gross profit, and overall dealership profitability.
• Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop management teams.
