Job summary

Ciocca Automotive Group is seeking an energetic, motivated sales professional to join our growing team in Bucks County. This leadership-focused role offers mentoring and the chance to drive performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach staff, set quotas, demonstrate vehicles, and assist customers in selecting the right option. Strong commission potential and advancement within Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

Experience in dealership sales or management is a plus.
Strong people leadership and coaching ability.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficient with basic computer use and math.
Highly motivated with a drive to succeed.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Coach salespeople on closing techniques and mentor staff.
Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to quotas.
Assist customers in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening.
Present and demonstrate new/used vehicles professionally.
Provide training and support to staff and help close deals.
