Ciocca Automotive in Hanover is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Hanover Honda dealership. You will drive performance, build strong teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability across all departments.

Lead, coach, and develop managers; monitor KPIs, forecast results, and uphold dealership processes. This hands-on leader will recruit top talent and ensure a culture of accountability and CSI, backed by a growing automotive group.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of automotive dealership management experience, preferably in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to drive sales, gross profit, and overall dealership profitability.
• Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop management teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and commitment to CSI.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
