• Advise CEO and executive leadership on strategic decisions, risk, and commercial matters.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to support objectives and risk management.
• Lead Compliance, Legal, and Quality Programs, including governance and accreditation standards (PBSA).
• Oversee contracting lifecycle, including negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Manage litigation strategy, disputes, and regulatory matters; ensure regulatory compliance and employee relations guidance.
• Ensure documentation, training, and guidance translate regulatory obligations into business processes.
