Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets.
• Or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including 2 years’ client service in GCM.
• High level of proficiency with PCs and pertinent software.
• Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents.
• Experience calculating amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations.
• Proven problem‑solving skills; strong verbal and written communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and activities to ensure accounts operate per policies and guidelines.
• Review and comment on operative documents related to assigned accounts.
• Coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit as needed.
• Research and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction with internal/external resources.
• Work with attorneys, financial advisors, and partners to structure and close GCM transactions timely.
• Manage admin tasks: cash flow, fee billing, reporting, and tickler processing.
• Participate in client calls, prepare fee proposals and oversee fee collection.
