Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of applicable work experience in development/fundraising preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate fundraising strategy into an annual development plan.
• Oversee donor programs and communications campaigns.
• Lead revenue growth through campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
• Supervise two direct reports and manage the development budget.
• Oversee CRM strategy and data integrity.
