Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County in Stratford, CT seeks a Development Manager to lead fundraising campaigns, events and donor engagement. You will translate fundraising data into strategy, collaborate with Communications and other teams, and drive revenue growth through thoughtful campaigns and programs.

This on-site role requires strong project management, relationships with sponsors and donors, and hands-on oversight of events from concept to closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of nonprofit development or fundraising experience.
• Experience managing revenue-generating campaigns and donor-engagement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to use data for guiding strategy and communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned individual-giving campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
• Manage Habitat CFC's fundraising and affiliate event portfolio including the Annual Gala and Golf Tournament.
• Develop sponsorship packages and manage sponsor relationships from cultivation through payment and stewardship.
• Coordinate donor engagement, stewardship plans and timely acknowledgments for sponsors and donors.
• Prepare concise reports on results and maintain organized project files and systems.
