The role oversees annual plans, major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, and events while managing staff and volunteers. Strong leadership, writing, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor6s degree preferred or equivalent experience in nonprofit fundraising and communications.
• Proven progressive fundraising and communications leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities with a team.
• Strong writing and relationship-building skills; capable of corporate donor development.
• Commitment to Habitat for Humanity mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead annual fundraising plan with revenue targets and milestones.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors; maintain a donor pipeline.
• Research, write, and submit grant proposals and reports.
• Identify and solicit corporate donors for partnerships and renewals.
• Partner with CEO on fundraising strategy and donor relationships; coordinate staff involvement.
• Oversee gift tracking, donor records, and revenue performance against goals.
• Direct fundraising events and community outreach; evaluate results and engagement.
• Lead marketing and communications to support fundraising and volunteer recruitment.
