Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Understanding of fund structures and capital deployment strategies.
• Experience with private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or alternatives is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial modeling, SQL, or operational tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in structuring and modeling investment vehicles and fund capital stacks.
• Support preparation and review of fund documentation and agreements.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams.
• Monitor capital commitments, fund closings, and capital calls.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Identify opportunities to optimize structures, workflows, and reporting.
• Prepare analyses and reports for senior management and committees.
