Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or investment advisory.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; familiarity with fund administration or portfolio reporting systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal presentations.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in fund strategy, capital planning, and investment advisory.

Responsibilities

• Advise fund managers and clients on fund strategy, capital deployment, and portfolio optimization
• Conduct fund-level and portfolio-level analysis, including performance tracking, benchmarking, and risk assessment
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to support fund performance, liquidity planning, and investor reporting
• Support fund governance and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal policies
• Prepare client-facing materials, including fund performance reports, investment memoranda, and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to streamline fund processes and improve efficiency
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities within fund operations and portfolio performance
• Assist in ad-hoc projects related to fund structuring, reporting, or strategic initiatives
