Job summary

You will partner with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain compliance with employment laws while keeping accurate records in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with proactive sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
