Job summary

Inotiv is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, with hands-on sourcing, screening, and hiring while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

You will manage the entire process from candidate engagement to offer negotiation, and keep data in the ATS and HRIS to inform hiring strategies. The role includes campus and industry events, metrics reporting, and collaboration with HR partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience filling entry-level and skilled hourly roles.
• Experience filling transportation roles preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and HRIS tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Customer service orientation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate engagement through offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and HRIS.
• Build partnerships with hiring leaders, HR peers, and external vendors.
• Provide market insights and recruitment trend analysis to inform hiring strategies.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using social networks and events.
• Represent the company at campus and industry recruiting events (virtual and in-person).
• Generate and present recruitment metrics and reports to leadership.
• Advise on best practices and innovative recruiting tactics.
• Participate in TA/HR projects and other duties as assigned.
