Job summary

Inotiv is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruiting lifecycle for designated roles in the Indianapolis area. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues.

Strong ATS and compliance knowledge are essential, with a focus on creative sourcing and data-driven recruitment strategies. The role emphasizes campus and industry recruiting events, market insights, and participation in TA/HR projects.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting or talent acquisition, 2+ years minimum.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
• Experience filling entry-level and skilled hourly roles.
• Experience with ATS systems, Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from sourcing to offer.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in ATS/HRIS.
• Build partnerships with hiring leaders, HR peers, and vendors.
• Provide market insights and recruitment trend analysis.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using social networks.
• Represent the company at campus and industry events.
• Participate in TA/HR projects and operational initiatives.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports for leadership.
• Advise on best practices and innovative recruiting tactics.
