Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR principles, recruitment, employment law, and personnel administration.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for exempt, non-exempt, clinical, administrative, and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
• Conduct intake meetings to establish hiring requirements, timelines, and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in competitive labor markets.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, educational institutions, and industry associations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and actively recruit diverse candidate populations.
• Lead recruitment efforts for designated departments and locations.
