Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to source accounting, finance and advisory professionals for a growing practice in the United States. You will collaborate with Hiring Partners to understand service areas, develop sourcing plans, conduct behavioral and technical interviews, and manage the offers and onboarding process.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 4 years of recruiting experience (professional services ideal), and preferably PHR/SPHR with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years recruiting experience is required; experience with professional services firms is ideal.
• PHR or SPHR is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices.
