Job summary

Plante Moran in the United States is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter focusing on accounting, finance and business advisory professionals to support strategic hires and timely staffing.

Collaborate with Hiring Partners and Managers to build comprehensive sourcing plans, conduct behavioral and technical interviews, facilitate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Build relationships across business areas and teams to drive successful talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience; professional services recruiting ideal.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Strong sourcing, pipelining, networking skills; knowledge of EEOC guidelines in hiring practices.

Responsibilities
