Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a full-cycle recruiting professional to source accounting, finance, and business advisory talent for our growing practice in the United States. You will partner with Hiring Partners and Managers, design a strategic sourcing plan, and drive interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding to ensure successful placements.

The role requires at least 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, with a Bachelor's in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related business field required.
• A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience is required; experience recruiting for professional services firms, most ideal.
• PHR or SPHR is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in sourcing, pipelining, and networking; working knowledge of EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruitment for accounting, finance and business advisory professionals to support strategic hires and just-in-time hiring.
• Collaborate with Hiring Partners and Managers to understand service area recruiting needs and develop a comprehensive sourcing plan.
• Conduct behavioral-based and technical interviews, facilitate assessments, present offers, and guide onboarding to ensure a successful hire.
• Build and maintain relationships within business areas, candidates, and teams while showcasing strong networking and recruiting skills.
