Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to source accounting, finance, and business advisory professionals for strategic hires across our growing practice. You will collaborate with Hiring Partners and Managers to understand needs, create sourcing plans, conduct behavioral and technical interviews, and manage offers through onboarding.

The role emphasizes building robust networks, pipelining talent, and delivering a seamless candidate experience, with a focus on professional services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related business field required.
• Minimum of 4 years recruiting experience; experience with professional services firms preferred.
• PHR or SPHR is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in sourcing, pipelining, and networking; working knowledge of EEOC guidelines related to hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting responsible for sourcing accounting, finance and business advisory professionals for strategic and just-in-time hiring.
• Collaborate with Hiring Partners and Managers to understand needs, create sourcing plans, conduct interviews, coordinate assessment and selection, present offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships across business areas, candidates, and teams, demonstrating strong networking, sourcing and recruiting skills.
