Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to source accounting, finance, and business advisory professionals for strategic hires across our growing practice. You will collaborate with Hiring Partners and Managers to understand needs, create sourcing plans, conduct behavioral and technical interviews, and manage offers through onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related business field required.
  • Minimum of 4 years recruiting experience; experience with professional services firms preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in sourcing, pipelining, and networking; working knowledge of EEOC guidelines related to hiring practices.

Your role.
Your Work Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
  • A full cycle recruiting position responsible for sourcing accounting, finance and various business advisory professionals for strategic hires and just-in-time hiring to meet the needs of our growing practice.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Partner(s) and Manager(s) to: understand service area and recruiting needs, create a comprehensive networking and sourcing plan, conduct behavioral based and technical interviews, facilitate the assessment and selection process with the identified interview teams, present offers and complete the recruiting cycle by ensuring a successful on-boarding experience.
  • The key to success? Building and maintaining relationships within the business areas you support, candidates and team, while demonstrating strong networking, sourcing and recruiting skills.

This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Please review the position description for the applicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $85,000.00 - $118,000.00
