Job summary

mpathic is seeking a highly organized Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across a growing, fast-moving organization. You’ll partner with the People team and hiring managers to move searches from kickoff through offer, while delivering a thoughtful candidate experience.

You’ll manage inbound applicants, proactively source candidates, conduct recruiter screens, coordinate interview processes, and maintain accurate recruiting data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting in startup or tech, fast-paced.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience across functions.
• Ability to learn roles quickly and translate needs into job requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organized, proactive.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and manage pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Ops on offers and closing.
• Improve templates, processes, and reporting as the company scales.
• Maintain clean recruiting data and ATS hygiene.
